We sent Melissa Michaels, author of The Inspired Room our Holiday Turkey Feast. Sharing a gourmet meal this easy to prepare brought out the best parts of Thanksgiving dinner. Time together, and plenty of leftovers.

My favorite thing about the holidays is decorating and creating a welcoming ambience for family and friends. While I love to eat good food, preparing food is not really my passion. That’s why I love Harry & David so much. They know how to make eating delicious gourmet food easier for people like me with their prepared meals, wonderful relishes and fresh fruits. I’m a longtime fan!

When I received a big box filled with a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner from Harry & David, I knew it was a match made in heaven for my family! I could prepare a meal in less time with less fuss, have more time to spend creating the mood and then invite my family to gather around the table to enjoy a delicious meal. That time around the table is what is most important to me.

What a treat! The food was so good and easy to prepare, and we enjoyed time and conversation as a family without any of the time, stress or effort it usually takes to cook a great meal. It was a win win for this busy family! Harry & David puts the gourmet in our favorite prepared meal: Thanksgiving dinner.

We were even able to enjoy decorating our table and anticipating the meal rather than dreading the usual Thanksgiving cleanup.

As we ate together, we thought of many reasons why ordering a Thanksgiving feast from Harry & David was a brilliant idea.

You still get to enjoy a delicious turkey, which is included in the feast. And the turkey was SO GOOD! I loved that it was free of growth stimulants and hormones, as healthy meat is important to our family. We even have leftovers for sandwiches, which is one of my favorite parts of Thanksgiving!

You don’t have to slave away for days shopping, standing at the stove or making a mess in the kitchen preparing all the side dishes. Harry & David offers delicious sides, and all you have to do is pop them in the oven!
This feast would also be a wonderful and thoughtful gift for parents, grandparents, new moms or anyone who may not have the time or energy or funds to put together a meal on their own this holiday season. Any friend would welcome and appreciate your kindness in offering them such a delicious dinner gift.
