Pear Salsa Recipe
- 2 Harry and David Royal Riviera Pears (peeled, cored and diced)
- 1 red bell pepper (seeded and diced)
- ½ cup minced red onion
- 1 jalapeño pepper (seeded and minced)
- zest and juice of one lime
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper
- In a medium bowl, toss together the pears, bell pepper, onion, jalapeño, lime zest, lime juice and cilantro to combine
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until ready to serve
