Summer’s just around the corner and what better way to celebrate than by firing up the grill? And there’s nothing better than a rack of Korean BBQ ribs grilled to a sticky, charred perfection.
Playing around with flavors and stepping away from the traditional barbecue sauce, Kellie Hemmerly of The Suburban Soapbox created a slightly spicy Korean BBQ Ribs recipe to add a bit of Asian flair to your summer barbecue.
These ribs are really easy to make and are perfect for a mess-free weeknight dinner. Marinade the ribs up to a day in advance and just toss them on the grill when you’re ready for dinner. You can also marinade the ribs and freeze them up to two months in advance, how’s that for planning ahead!
Sweet, sticky, spicy and simply amazing, this recipe is served with a steaming pile of white rice and sprinkled with sesame seeds. Chopped fresh scallions offer a pop of color and a nice peppery bite.
