December 23, 2014 at 6:24 amMajor disapponintment with your service this year. Confusions over delivery date I’m told is because you have no control over third party vendors. If this is true from now on I will deal directly with third party vendors and bypass H&D. Major confusion at the holidays is to be expected but that’s the business your in, can’t get a responsible response from email to the servive department. Gifts unfortunly are scheduled to arrive before the 26th but cant get any confirmation that they have been shipped at all. Have used H&D for a long time but no more, your just not worth the worry and your far from being the only game in town.
