Ingredients:

For the Milk Chocolate Fondue:

  • 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 6 ounces milk chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

For the White Chocolate Fondue:

  • 1 package (12 ounces white chocolate chips)
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream (or more as needed)
  • ¼ cup light corn syrup
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions:

To make the milk chocolate fondue:

  • Melt chocolate chips, heavy cream, butter, and vanilla together in a non-stick pan over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and glossy (about 5 minutes).
  • Remove from heat and serve in your favorite red or pink ramekin.

To make the white chocolate fondue:

  • Melt white chocolate chips, heavy cream, corn syrup, butter, vanilla, and salt together in a non-stick pan over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and glossy (about 5 minutes).
  • Remove from heat and serve in your favorite heart-shaped ramekin.

To assemble the fondue board:

  • Set the ramekins of milk and white chocolate fondue at opposite ends.
  • Fill in the empty space with your favorite dipping snacks like apples, pretzels, and cake bites, as well as treats like Harry & David mini donuts, Valentine's cookies, and Shari's dipped berries.
  • Serve immediately while the fondue is still melty and warm.
