Set the air fryer to 425˚ F. In a medium bowl, mix together the pears, sugar, and cinnamon until the pears are evenly coated. Place into the prepared ramekins.
Carefully place the ramekins into the air fryer and cook for 6-8 minutes.
For the topping
In a medium bowl, add all the topping ingredients and mix until fully combined. Carefully, remove the ramekins from the air fryer and evenly spread the oat topping over each one.
Place the ramekins back into the air fryer and cook for an additional 6-8 minutes or until the topping is golden brown. Top with ice cream and serve warm.
